"The place is beautiful and we loved our stay. We just did not anticipate the number of levels and stairways in and out of the unit. As seniors, we have knee and hip problems, so it was a challenge for us. Overall we had a pleasant stay. Thank you very much!"

"I’ll start with the positive. Beautiful space inside and out. Always had plenty of hot water and the grounds were peaceful and lovely. The code we had been given to unlock the keyless door, did not work. This meant we had to call the office to rectify after a VERY long travel day. It was fixed promptly though by the woman on the phone. The mattress was as hard as a rock and neither of us slept well on it all week (in fact I opted for the couch a few nights). "The condition of the property can be described as dated, with flaws. Upon arrival we entered and found the floors very dusty in places, hair in the bathroom, the lamp on the nightstand broken around its base, the large back burner on the stove inoperable, and the fireplace remote could not be located. The BBQ flame panels are rusted through and operability sketchy. Needless to say, the place needs a thorough cleaning and a few things fixed to make it an enjoyable place to stay."

"The property itself is lovely & secluded and the location is a 5 minute drive to everything in Sedona. Our room was cute (though there was a broken spring in the middle of the living room floor and NO HANGERS). This room (17) in particular provides a bit of additional lounging space outside along the creek which we took full advantage of - I am glad that we were in this room comparatively. "We liked the location. We were given the wrong password for wifi, there was 1 1/2 bathrooms not 2 like advertised, floor tiles were loose in upstairs hallway, soap dispenser was falling off wall, we ran out of toilet paper and dish soap, missing one remote for tv, dishes were dirty in the cabinet. We contacted the service manager for remote, toilet paper and soap but got ni response. He did give us the correct wifi. "
