Good Family Value

The condo was very well suited for a family of 5. We had plenty of room. The down side to the condo is the 'gated' keys! You need a key to enter and exit the swimming pool area - with only one key to a unit and 5 people, it was very weary to be looking for the key! Also, the back end of the condo development is on a horrid street! Make sure you have your quests enter from 12th Street - not CAVE CREEK ROAD! The location to travel to different areas of Phoenix was nice; other families we met there were nice as well. Overall - an excellent value for a family vacation.
