"Just about everything from check in, room uniqueness, room tech smart controls (all on one tablet/iPad in the room), view from our window (can see cruise ships turning in the basin), cleanliness, room use of space (especially the bathroom) and the service of the staff was second to none. "The staff was very friendly. From the van driver to the front desk staff to the security who checked on me after I called the front desk and no on answered. He brought me a toothbrush because I forgot mine and he did it with a smile. The room was clean and a good size. Plenty of breakfast options. They had a van to the port of Miami for $14 cash per person. I would definitely stay here again !"

"Checking front desk was fast and kind. Check out was a breeze. Bedroom was spacious with a view of the tarmac. It's a pretty cool seeing planes take off and land. Thin walls, others guests keep slamming doors which shook our bedroom walls and headboard. Hotel was quiet but doors need adjustable door closer to minimize door slamming. "
