"Room was very clean, A/C perfect temperature as you walk in the room 70F. Lot of towels...the rate was perfect. A++"

"Clean and professional! I only had an issue with a security guard who was rude to me about having my service dog with me while walking through the pool area- he blocked my way and didn't allow the dog to use rhe restroom causing him to poop in the pool area deck, I cleaned it but it was because he would not allow me to move and continued to ask me if my dog was a service dog though I told him a bunch of times, he also yelled at a guest that was with me but the other security guard resolved the issue and other than that all staff was kind and extremely attentive! The resort is beautiful and it had a great vibe and scene! I would go again but hope to not run into the security who yelled at my guest and dog! "

"It’s the perfect location. However I wish valet was offered or at least an area to drop off bags. We had to park far and tote our luggage from the parking garage to our hotel. "
