Wonderful hotel in a great location. Room was spacious and clean and the staff were lovely. It would benefit from a hotel bar but we very much appreciated the bottle of wine!

This is an excellent, well run boutique hotel in a great area of NYC....but the overwhelming win here is the staff who cannot do enough to help - Gabby at the front desk and Gabriella at breakfast are amazing as are all the staff. This is how you do service - great job !! Rooms are typical NYC size, clean and well kept with all the essentials. Bed is super comfy (particularly for my old back) We will definitely be back.

An excellent place to stay, easy access to rest of Manhattan...quiet at night and clean...would highly recommend...

Great location, good pricing, friendly staff. If your are looking for a comfortable and modern stay with just the basics then I don’t see any reason to complain about this hotel. A very useful option to avoid paying a fortune in the more opulent hotels. They kindly extended my checkout until 12pm for no extra charge.

Lovely hotel in a great location.

i asked for a great empire view since it was my partner’s first time in NYC and boy did they deliver! We got a room on the 35th floor (3505) and it was probably the best hotel room i’ve ever stayed in when in NYC. incredible view and the hotel is great - both location and comfort are on point! I would highly recommend it for anyone looking for that extra special stay while in the city

This hotel was perfect for what we needed it for. Central location and enough space to fit a 9 month old baby. All the staff were so lovely especially the cleaning and maintenance staff who always said hello to our little one and were really kind. Great turn down service and loved the daily coffee replenishments which were very much needed! Could hardly hear other hotel guests or the lifts. The windows had great sound proofing and when it was a tad warm (we were there early October) the fresh...

This accommodation was a great value budget room. Staff at reception friendly, location was great perfect for our needs. I think I got what I paid for, it is basic hostel style rooms. We had a suite so had private bathroom and kitchen area, I was very glad of this from my peak round the door of the communal bathroom. Our room was clean and well equipped. The only problem we had and I’m afraid a deal breaker for me is the hot water, or lack of! I’d read in other reviews it was a bit hit and miss....

The hotel was stylish and extremely comfortable. The staff were very helpful and friendly, particularly at our check-in and check-out, with the concierge /reception desk assisting us, Freddie, going above and beyond to make us feel very welcome and want to return, ensuring our stay was great.

The room was clean and appeared to have been recently refurbished, which made the stay feel fresh and comfortable. The beds were large and very comfortable, contributing to a good night’s rest. The only drawback was the noise from the busy street below, which was noticeable at times. Although we didn’t use them, the room was well equipped with a small electric stove, microwave, kettle, coffee machine, and a kitchen sink. It would be an excellent option for a longer self‑catering stay, but for...
