NEW YORKER BY LOTTE HOTELS
The shower water was dripping all over the sink. It was not throughly cleaned. It was constantly noisy which made me not fall into deep sleep.

Sheraton New York Times Square Hotel
The location was great. It was close to everything. However, it can get crowded. The room was outdated and felt like a 2.5 star hotel. The staff was not friendly. The wait times were long, but this is New York so that wasn't entirely unexpected
