The rooms are charming. This was my first time in midtown. I loved the convenience to the subway and the overall decor and theme of the hotel. The price was cheaper around Christmas time, would definitely return back.

Sheraton New York Times Square Hotel
The room had obviously not been cleaned when we arrived. There were dirty socks on the floor, hair in the shower, scuff marks on the bedding, etc. When we emailed customer service we got a response that was clearly written by AI. It said cleaning stuff would be coming to check it in the morning. ...
