"The staff was amazing from the moment we arrived. They gave us great recommendations on things to do with the family and also explained to us how to use the Buses to move around. The room was nice and clean and the hotel is very well located."

I stayed with my family of five for three days and the service and facility was very good. Although we stayed in New Jersey, the 320 bus from front of the hotel took you to Manhattan within 25 minutes. The parking facility was also good

Staff were friendly and accomodating, the breakfast is very generous, the waffles made on the spot was a nice touch. Water pressure in the showers was great and the room was clean. Thanks for also holding my luggage for a few hours after check out since I have a late night Flight. Jocelyn, Willie and Valentine were great.

Very large room, with a microwave, fridge and coffee making. Shame there was no tea. Unfortunately, the pool was closed for the winter when I got there in early September, despite temperatures being in the high 20s C. The "boutique fee" on my bill was a surprise $15/day to cover the, coffee machine, microwave, etc. It's a ploy to get more money out of you without paying the tax.

This is a really unique location. 60s theme oozes everywhere. You could imagine Sean Connery travelling through here in the 60s. The food options are reasonable, but are a little on the expensive side. The rooms are high quality with premium 60s theming, Think Dr. No style with brass flourishes. Corridors are welcoming and the lifts are brass finished. The Connie plane cocktail bar is a nice feature. The conference centre is well fitted and with plenty of space. It is underground. It's a great place to visit a different part of New York from Manhattan. Excellent staff. A bit of a walk to the subway, but that's part of the charm of the location.
