In a horrible neighborhood. Prostitutes outside. There was no hot water. Graffiti on the walls inside my room. Chewing gum on the headboard. Just an overall horrible experience

It was really a horrible hotel because there was no reception staff all the time and without respect my room was all dirty and there was not even no housekeeper I don't want to go back there anymore

Absolutely horrible. Truly the worst hotel I have ever stayed at by a long shot. Do not stay here. Where do I even begin; when I first checked in, I walked into a full-blown screaming match between the front desk worker and a guest - as in, shouting obscenities at each other and nearly getting into a fistfight. This was a recurring event here and I heard it happen two or three more times during my two-night stay. Insane. After a long wait in line, I was given my keys, went to my room and opened the door only to surprise the daylights out of two random people whose room I had been mistakenly assigned. I had to wait a while for a room to become available, and this happened to multiple other guests. I had the unique misfortune of being given a room on the ground floor adjoining the lobby and stairwell, which was the LOUDEST place ever - constant noise day and night. There was a smoke detector beeping with a low battery right outside my room the entire time, which I informed the front desk staff about multiple times, but they did nothing and were very rude. This is in addition to the room being absolutely disgusting and completely lacking amenities like others have mentioned. It also felt extremely unsafe. I deadbolted my door but was awoken TWICE by someone attempting to open it in the middle of the night - absolutely horrifying. The result of all this was that I slept very little during my stay here and was tired and miserable my entire trip. Again, DO NOT stay here.

Ripped sofas when you first walk in to check-in. Smells like marijuana and weird creek perv lady on sofa. Woman behind counter was extremely rude to people in front of me when they complained about no heat. When she checked me in she gave me a room with no heat, sheets/pillows not cleaned and the toilet looked like a crime scene. I went back downstairs and the man behind the glass Was very helpful and changed my room right away. Room was clean and bad heat.
