This is the St Regis. One of the most iconic hotels in NYC. Every aspect is luxurious and upper echelon. It begins with the doormen. We come every year and they have been there for 20 plus years each. They are friendly and set the tone. Front desk is smooth and welcoming gave my little one a teddy bear dressed in ST Regis shirt. Then you have a Butler whom are awesome. Rooms are immaculate but classic elegant style. The location is perfect for our Christmas weekend. We do the tree, ice skating, Rockettes, shopping, FAO, Horse and carriage ride and amazing dinners. We love this hotel and the entire staff.

We loved this hotel. The room was beautiful and very comfortable. Excellent lighting for reading. Bathroom was great with unbelievable water pressure in both bath and shower. Wonderful cleaning staff. Great trip.
