"Basically whole hotel is soo good but the room’s key is not working that make me unsecure we can’t lock the room"

"First of all, my reservation itself was not communicated to the Hotel. An obviously, my early-checkin request was also not communicated to the Hotel. This is purely the service provider's problem and I have been having 2nd such bad experience with your site. Hotel itself was unclean. Room was extremely small. No WiFi !! Area is bad.
