Had my booking company called also and they refused. Horrible customer service they are only interested in the finance aspect not the humane feelings. We were 3 ladies 63, 74, 75 Traveling together Stay away from this inhumane hotel. "

"Every single time their breakfast area is crowded and they always keep moving you around so you cannot have the breakfast you want but only a sub menu with a poor service. Not sure why they cannot plan and execute what they promise to deliver. We don’t stay in these hotels to be ignored or receive a mediocre service."
