I dint like expedia they because hidden charges was given during the online payment, so dissappointed with expedia. the ramanshita property was good.

Cleanliness is very poor. First room we got was not maintained. A lot of dirt at the bottom and head of bed. Linens are stained and not so clean. The linen in the next room we got nail shavings. Trash of previous occupant still there. There were bugs, lizard, and mosquito in our room. No lock on the door. With tv but only one channel and the remote is not compatible. Property lacks maintenance. Food served has such small portions and cold. You can see the solid fats oil in the corned beef. Coffee is also cold and with granules. Overall will not recommend the place.

March 14 2019 is the day we stay here I wasn't expecting that the place is really that bad based on the pictures that I saw on the website.The room is do dirty that I believe they were not cleaning it at all.The carpet was totally dusty .over all it was all filthy..The pillow case was already ripped off so with the blankets.. I was really so dissapointed plus the fact that they charged you so much. A total make over is badly needed in Ramashita Resort and Spa.
