"Lovely hotel, very historic and very pretty rooms. Lovely touch was the weather and reccomendations sheet on the bed with a biscuit every evening. There was a lift but still a couple of steps to get to the room. Staff were very friendly. Luzern guest card very useful and voucher for a free aperatif in the hotel restaurant."

On our first night we needed a crib for our toddler so they immediately brought one up, put brand new sheets on it and gave my daughter a rubber ducky. This is only one example of the extraordinary service we received. Our room was nice and clean and the view was beautiful.
