A friendly beautiful hotel

The grounds were gorgeous and the staff were very accommodating to food allergies and other requests. Our apartment was lovely. We both wished we had booked a longer stay here because it was such a peaceful part of our trip to Tuscany. The wine tour and hiking came with some stunning views. The bottega is convenient for grabbing food and wine, as well.

We had a fabulous stay here. Impruneta is a lovely quiet hilltop town where we were able to easily explore the delights of Tuscany (Florence, Lucca, San Gimignano and Siena). We stayed in the family cottage with a private pool which was just perfect and all the staff were first class. Lovely breakfast too!!

Loved this hotel. Just lovely views, big rooms, great value for money. Dinner setting beautiful. Staff very friendly. Pool lovy and warm during a not to warm stay in Italy. Perfect.

We arrived at the bottom of the drive leading up to the hotel. A very steep and challenging drive but worth every centimetre. The views from the hotel are breathtaking. The staff were delightful and helped us with our bags up to a magnificent room. Nothing was too much trouble. My wife is gluten intolerant and they not only provided a suitable substitute but went that extra mile to find something that little bit more special.. Outstanding.

The hotel is set in the south east of the city a convenient bus ride from the centre-it is not a big hotel-very comfortable with good room facilities including air conditioning. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful and can organise trips and reservations for you. Nothing was too much trouble-there is a very good bus service and bus stops close by. What a fabulous hotel to stay in. Our room was a split level townhouse style - bedroom upstairs, living area & bathroom downstairs. The staff on check in made us feel very welcome & explained the procedure for breakfast. On our first morning the Manager, Alessandro, went out of his way spending 10-15 minutes with us & showing us on the local map where to visit, what was worthwhile & what was not - it was like having your own personal tour guide! A lovely new & modern hotel. The rooms were exceptionally clean and the service from all staff was great. The pool area is spacious & comfortable and will be even better once the final bits of construction are finished and the pool bar is open. We dined in the restaurant each night and enjoyed the varied menu & excellent wine selection. Breakfast is also good with plenty of buffet & a la carte options. My family thoroughly enjoyed a very relaxing time here and would recommend.

Spent 2 nights here for a short break. Lovely hotel.... Spa was used both days and was lovely after long days sightseeing! Staff were very helpful and nothing was too much trouble.... Room was also excellent...spacious, comfy and had all amenities needed. It was rather warm in our room but we had a balcony so just opened the door. Didn't bother us enough to mention it to staff though! Breakfast was also good, plenty of choice and freshly cooked. All in all would definitely recommend!!

This was everything that we hoped a stay in Tuscany would be. The property is Iocated in a stunning location, the kitchen was well equipped and the whole apartment was clean and full of traditional charm. We had a meal in the attached restaurant that had a varied menu and the food was delicious.

An excellent and well run home. Spacious, comfortable and with everything you could wish for. The hotel was handy for getting into Florence, the shuttle bus is particularly good value and also for relaxing once you get back. The staff are all lovely and did everything to make it a great experience. Will be our go to place for future stays in Florence.
