"We loved the Cosy House. The owner Vincent welcomed us when we arrived and very helpful. The place is nice as the pictures shown the site. The rooms were clean and well maintained and appropriately equipped. There is a small kitchen you can use, free coffee and Vincent leaves you a few treats each day. The location is great as it's close many dining options and is a short 10min walk to the Santa Maria Cathedral. We will definitely stay here again."

"I found that staff at Hotel Kraft utterly amazing. Every single one of them greeted me with a smile and went out of their way to help, from the man who checked me in upon my arrival, to the bartenders who happily loaned me their bottle openers, to all of the breakfast buffet staff. Especially the breakfast staff! So friendly, interesting conversation, quietly respectful, cheerful, all with good memories (remembering my name and where I was from, and even how I liked my morning coffee, day after day). I would stay again in a heart beat! It was also very helpful that the air conditioning worked well in the rooms — the heatwave was nasty, but tolerable since I knew I could come back to the room and cool down quickly. It would have been nice if the fitness centre had a few more machines, but still thankful for it being there."
