"This property is simply gorgeous. The location across from The Arno in the front to the views of Santa Croce and The Duomo in the rear is magical. The rooms are luxurious, the beds are comfortable, the service is top notch. I would not hesitate another visit to this splendid property. We did not eat on site, other than breakfast in bed one morning (which was lovely). So I cannot comment on the dining. "This was my second stay at this property. The staff is always wonderful. The ladies who work the breakfast service are so sweet. The hotel is clean and in a perfect location to walk to everything you want to see in Florence. It’s less than 5 min to walk to the Duomo, 10 min walk to Accademia, 5 min walk from the train, across the street from the central market. There’s a great bar next door too. Perfect for first time visitors to Florence. "
