"Lovely helpful friendly staff, room a little tired but still clean and comfortable, in an excellent situation especially the view from the roof terrace. Our air con wasn’t working, and we only discovered this on our first of two nights, during the night. We opened the window to the street, which became a hive of activity pretty early. We forgot to report it the next day, so that was down to us. It didn’t spoil our stay though, would certainly stay there again. "

"Checking in was extremely frustrating! There was no mention of checking in at a different location, only hours for a front desk. When we were finally able to find the check in it was still quite the process to get to the room. There is a kitchen but no microwave, just FYI. The towels for the shower look and feel like large paper napkins."

"We stayed here overnight on our way to southern Italy. The hotel was excellent, staff were exceptional. Very dog friendly we were on 7th floor with a seaview which was an added bonus. The hotel layout was good swimming pool and patio were nicely laid out. The area of Pisa maritime was very disappointing all lidos couldn't even see the sea from the road. If we were going to Pisa town itself or surrounding area would stay again but would not recommend the area for beach-type holidays. As we...
