Our second visit to Florence and stayed in Hotel Kraft on both occasions. We have recommended this Hotel to many friends for we agree it is a jewel in the crown of Florences hospitality. A pure delight to eat breakfast on the roof terrace in the morning sun in October... or a glass of vino in the warm evening... excellent in all ways that matter

The staff were fantastic. The front of house so helpful in providing great restaurants and booking for us. Thank you so much. The restaurant and bar staff were charming and efficient. Drinks and breakfast were lovely. The pool was fantastic and relaxing after a days sightseeing with fantastic views over Florence. Our room was very clean. The restaurant is on the fifth floor it was beautiful. You can see the whole city. The breakfast options are fantastic. Diners were some of the best food we had in Florence. Staff was friendly and helpful. This is a great place and we will use it again.
