The staff were pleasant and the hotel entrance, lobby area, and breakfast area were nice, there was a decent breakfast, and the room and bathroom were quite spacious. The shower in our room was a handle in a bathtub that came to maybe waist height and the roof there slanted down so no standing, and the drain did not drain fast enough, so the shower was sitting in the bottom of the bathtub filled with dirty water trying to wash your hair and body with one hand. There were ants and spiders in the room that got into my luggage. The air conditioning was more like a tepid breeze, and when I asked about it I was told it was working just fine. From about 9am-7pm, any time spent in the room was in the least amount of clothes possible not moving. I went to read other reviews and it sounds like the ac on the top floor is a known issue. Maybe other rooms are in better shape but if I had to have the same room again I would never come back.
