"Great stay!"

"The Alba is located a short 3 minute walk from SMN station. Close to cafes, shops and supermarkets and only 10 minutes to Ponte Vecchio and the Duomo. The rooms are as shown in the photos with comfortable bed and a large bathroom. The shower was compact though. There was nowhere to store your luggage or any shelving in the bathroom but ok for a short stay. Happy to recommend."

"I would never stay anywhere else in Florence. The property is impeccable. Everything from the linens, the welcome treats, and the space in general exceeded our expectations. "Close to Train Station. the hotel is completely updated (rooms and bathroom). Breakfast at the terrace looking the Bell Tower and Medicci Dome is espectacular. Mercato Centrale walking distance. Highly recommended "

"Room was clean, good size, and location is really good. Unfortunately, the elevator in the building was not working and we needed to go up to the 3rd floor with luggage (73 stairs), very inconvenient for our situation. "

"We had a charmingly decorated room in this botique hotel. The location is really terrific--close to everything including many eateries, some quite afforedable. The hotel provides free Italian (continental) breakfast. Staff was extremely nice and helpful. Too negatives--there was a lot of noise at night, which is not the hotel's fault, but it is in the heart of Florence in an area where there are nightspots. Second is that the hot water could have been more plentiful in the shower and bath."
