"The room was very specious, the hotel is located right across from the train station so location is ideal. The room I stayed in had a small terrace with a small sofa and a chair overlooking the main road. Despite being in a very busy location the room was well isolated and there was no voice. A tram station is just out the door and I will definitely stay here again."

"I loved it here. The people are great. The roommates really made the horrible first two weeks bearable. The last three days I had the best time. They took care of me when I was sick. They made sure I was okay. The staff helped me print. Clean, large lockable cabinets. Comfortable."

"The room was nice and clean. The Simona, the staff, was extremely friendly and helpful. She stored our luggage before check-in and after check-out. The location of the hotel was excellent, main attractions such as Duomo, Palazzo Medici Riccardi, Cappelle Medicee, Palazzo Vecchio, and Uffizi Museum, all within 10 minutes walking distance."
