"This is a little gem of a hotel. On the lower level there is a spa that has a fabulous hot tub, sauna, and steam bath as well as relaxation room. A guest can use it for FREE for an hour and a half. Also a massage is available for fee. The breakfast is fabulous. And there are a couple of Indian restaurants within a couple of blocks in case you get tired of Italian food. It is not right near the Duomo but maybe half hour walk away. "

"Staff were awesome! Hotel is beautiful. Would stay again. Beds were super comfortable. Best sleep we got in Italy. This resort was a nice break from the city visits. The spa was nice, but the open hours made it difficult to plan days to visit areas like Pisa and Florence and spend time there without missing the spa closing. "I did tons of research before Florence. This hotel was highly rated + a good price + an amazing location, so we went for it! I so wanted to LOVE it but hated it at first and then it grew on me. "This could not be a more perfectly central location in the heart of Firenze! The device was wonderful and breakfast was great! When you step out of the lobby, you are 2-5 minutes from absolutely everything and our room was beautiful to come to each night! We will be back!"

"Very clean and nice property. We mostly wanted to have good sleep at this point in our trip, and the hotel delivered with good blackout curtains and a quiet environment. It is too far to walk to the town center however so you must be prepared to either coordinate your itinerary with the hotel shuttle, or take cabs"
