"The hotel was set up for travelers. It was perfect to stay there the night before our 7am flight out as the shuttle runs every 15 minutes 24/7 and takes 10 minutes to get to the airport. We boarded the shuttle at 4am and it was super easy!"

The gentlemen that helped us the most were Sr Bonarino who checked us in and gave us great transit advice for one of our unique stops, and Sr Francesco, who took our bags right up to our room for us and said hello to us each time we passed in the hallways. The room itself was marvelous! We will absolutely be returning to this establishment in the future. It is in a magnificent location, relatively close to everything downtown, safe, clean, beautiful, and friendly. The premises and staff surpassed our wildest dreams and gave us a very memorable stay in the already memorable Firenze."
