"This is a real 5-star hotel. My wife and I spent a weekend in Capri at Tiberio. We got a complimentary upgrade upon arrival and the concierge helped us from booking activities to buying ferry tickets. The whole staff was extremely helpful and kind. We dined at the Michelin star restaurant at the hotel and the food was delicious. The chef himself makes special orders at breakfast and come serve you himself. We travel internationally quite often and this was one of our best experiences! "

"Absolutely beautiful property and rooms! The front staff were very kind and helpful when the ferries were all cancelled day of check out. They helped us book on the only ferry leaving the next day and assisted us with a contact to get the tickets from at the docks. "
