"Avoid this hotel at all costs. Our experience was appalling from start to finish. The hotel initially offered shuttle support, but once we arrived, they told us we would need to pay for a €50 taxi just to get to their pickup point. That is not a shuttle service in any meaningful sense, and it completely undermined the basis on which we booked. When we tried to resolve the issue, staff were incredibly rude to both myself and my partner on the phone. There was no genuine attempt to help, no accountability, and no basic standard of customer service. When they're not being rude they just ignore your calls. We are still pursuing a formal complaint through Hotels.com and seeking a refund. Based on our experience, I would strongly caution others against trusting any of the positive reviews. Our experience was so poor that I genuinely question whether any of the positive reviews are real. Do not stay here. There are plenty of other hotels that will treat guests with respect without trying to trick or scam you."

"Stayed 24/04 to 01/05 2026 I think this is a great hotel right in the heart of Sorrento, so location is perfect. There is a short walk to the restaurants and shops, and the zig zag walkway to the beach. On the approach the gardens are lovely and smelt like a florist at the end of April. The hotel has its own pool and Pool lounge bar, all lovely for relaxing. Inside the reception area, it is very spacious and welcoming with the reception staff very pleasant, and helpful. Check in was very easy, nice after a long trip. Suitcases were taken to our room by porter, which was also a nice touch. The hotel has a traditional Italian feel; well decorated and tasteful items place around every corner. The room we had was overlooking the pool, which was lovely during the day, but could get a bit noisy at night with the sound of the mopeds and people talking echoing around the large courtyard of hotels. If I went again, I would pay the extra for the sea, side of the hotel as it may well be a little quieter. The room itself was clean practical and tidy, and the bed comfortable, with house maids making beds and changing towels daily. The hotel overlooks the cliff to the sea, where an outside balcony lounge bar is a great place to sip your first holiday drink. The bar allows you to enjoy the beautiful sunsets this side of the hotel is lucky to receive. The breakfast lounge is lovely with seating all along the window edge, looking out over the sea and beaches, with Mount Vesuvius in the backgr"
