"Very poor service in restaurant, meat was overcooked. However the worst was the lack of service even factoring in Italian culture that a meal is to be enjoyed not rushed. Their service just seemed oblivious to their responsibilities."

"This is a dream hotel in Sorrento, beautiful gardens surrounded it and views over the water from the balcony were amazing. The room was very comfortable and well decorated and equipped. The staff was super attentive and friendly to all our requests. We had lunch by the water in their exquisite restaurant and breakfast was excellent. We highly recommend this hotel. "Place was very nice. Staff communication with first time visitors to Positano could be improved by reassuring guests on 3rd party porter service. Beautiful views. Have cocktail on patio outside restaurant. Important tip: Take bus up and down from beach area. Trust and use Blue or Green Porters if you have large suitcases that will be tough to place on the bus."
