"Hotel Demora Fornillo was pure magic. The views, helpful staff, complementary breakfast in the garden and location were perfect. The location is on the north side of Positano, nestled up the hill (about 300 steps UP). We found this location to out of the busy downtown area, however just a close walk by foot! It truly felt like a vacation and only wish we stayed longer. "

"WE LOVED IT HERE! I cannot recommend this place enough, all of the staff was so friendly and made us feel at so at home, which is hard to do but they told us all the best spots, recommended where to spend our days and always waved when we would come and go, everyone was truly amazing. The pool was a great touch especially if coming late in the day. Location is amazing, a 10 minute walk from the centre of Sorrento! "Nice property, with beautiful views off the escarpment. Nice pool and restaurant. Rooms were dated and in need of upgrades, for example our main door wouldn’t open very well due to it binding on the floor. Drainage in our shower stall was slow, so there were concerns of water overflow into the washroom."

"The views were amazing! Even from the bathroom! The property was a hotel and residence combo. Someone was there to check us in. Short flight of steps then an elevator. Laundry facility was on the top floor. Unit was very spacious and clean with a nice kitchen area. There is a balcony with an ocean view. "The hotel had an indoor and outdoor pool and a paddle ball court and a lemon and orange grove. The breakfast at the hotel was wonderful. The other hotel restaurants were fine but there are so many better dining options within walking distance. We had a balcony with a wonderful view of the sea. The hotel was clean and the staff was friendly. The air conditioning in the room didn’t cool down the room "

"A top notch hotel with incredible breathtaking views (we booked a sea view room). Rooms are amazing (with room service). Best breakfast (incl.) on our trip. Only about a 15-20 min. walk to center city or you need to book the hotel shuttle. Valet parking (incl.). Can’t wait to return and stay again !!! Worth every EU. "

"This hotel looks over the beach and coast on the south side of Capri. The views are amazing. Our room had a private balcony with a view of the Faraglione Rocks. There is a restaurant on the property. Elevator to the rooms. Room was spacious and clean. Extra pillows were available. The hotel has a free shuttle into Capri town that runs all day. The shuttle stop is on Via Roma, 5 min walk west of Piazzetta di Capri, where other shuttles stop. The hotel offers a pay shuttle to the Ferry Port that you can schedule. The staff was very helpful with everything, and they spoke English. We were able to leave our luggage there before our check-in time."
