"The property was nice and clean, it had the essentials, it lacks a microwave that for me it's very important. Check out time is 10am which I find it too early. I think 11-12 should be ideal, it mention view from your bedroom. Not accurate . Theres no balcony, it's a share terrace, we were there by ourselves, but when the other units are occupied im assuming you have additional people using this common area. It dose have a pretty view. "Staff was great. Things seems a bit confusing at time. Restaurant was ok, food didn’t impressive. We ordered 2 bottles of champagne to our room, both were bad, but did not charge us. All and all 4.5, I would stay again but for the price they need to focus on the finer touches."

"The property is a bit dated. For Americans, there is no coffee/tea maker in the room. Breakfast is good, getting an Americano (espresso with water) makes the coffee cold. Showers are tiny and the door in my room didn’t close properly so the bathroom got wet. Finally, nobody really talks about the steps and vertical drops for Positano. From the hotel to the road near the main shopping area is just under 400 steps (yes 400). This is more about Positano and the location of the hotel vs the hotel itself."

Waking up to such an incredible panorama was truly unforgettable. Everything about our stay was perfect, and it was the ideal place to experience the beauty of Positano. Highly recommended!"

"Amazing hotel and amazing staff. There is porter service so no need to lug baggage around (but highly recommend walking the steps! Tough in the heat but you run into amazing spots and beautiful views). Central location close enough to port you can walk no problem but not super busy during the day - tons of restaurants close by. Would recommend for anyone staying here!"

"The young gentleman working at the front desk during our stay on August 27 and 28 was incredibly helpful and went above and beyond for us. My mom loves watching Spanish TV, and when we couldn’t find the channel she wanted, he came to our room and even connected the TV to one of his own personal streaming accounts so she could watch her shows. It was such a thoughtful gesture and really meant a lot to us. The room was very large, spacious, comfortable, and clean. Breakfast was also very good, and the property is in a great location. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and really appreciated the exceptional service from the front desk."
