Our room was spotless and very comfortable throughout our stay. What really made the experience special was the staff — everyone was so attentive, friendly, and went out of their way to make my birthday stay feel extra special. "This is a dream hotel in Sorrento, beautiful gardens surrounded it and views over the water from the balcony were amazing. The room was very comfortable and well decorated and equipped. The staff was super attentive and friendly to all our requests. We had lunch by the water in their exquisite restaurant and breakfast was excellent. We highly recommend this hotel. "Breakfast was about average for Italy( which means still good). Staff was exceptional. Floors were swept but unmoved so if you walk around room with bare feet, your feet will be very dirty. View exceptional - almost as good as Revello. And the convenience of the free shuttle is super."
