"We really loved the hotel. The rooftop is really fab in the lovely weather, even without access to the pool off season. There’s plenty of seating to sit in the sunshine overlooking Florence. The free access to the gym and laundry self-service was a nice touch also. The staff were very helpful, allowing us to leave our bags in storage on checkout and use the rooftop for a few hours before we leave for our train. We would recommend this hotel to others and will be looking up other Social Hub hotels in Europe when travelling again."

"The staff was friendly. The location was convenient to the train and bus station and walkable to the Duomo and shopping. Our downsides were we couldn’t change the temperature in our room and it was too warm. We also weren’t fond of the smells from the restaurant across the street."
