"Fabulous hotel in a convenient central location! The hotel and room design style were done with great taste with all the modern amenities and comfort in mind! Well done! "Bernini Palace is an excellent place to stay in historic Florence. It is very close to Il Duomo, Palazzo Vecchio, Uffizi, Santa Croce, and many other popular places to visit. The room was spotless and the staff was very accommodating. This was our second stay here and we would highly recommend the property to others. "

"Our stay was ALMOST perfect. We got the wellness suite, and the sauna was broken for our entire stay. We asked to get maintenance in and check on it 3 times and they didn’t fix it because they thought it was working because they wouldn’t stay in the room long enough to make sure that it was working. We then asked turn down service one night to make sure that the sauna was on when we got back from a dinner, and reception didn’t do this. We were given a complimentary bottle of wine for our troubles but then no bottle opener, and we called for someone to get it open for us, but then reception said we needed to go up to the bar in order to open it which wasn’t the best service. We learned our lesson. The hotel was definitely a 4-star service… but then again we’ve had better service at other 4-star hotels. My husband and I will come back, but maybe we will just stay in a cheaper room that doesn’t have a sauna, and have a shorter stay."
