"Great location"

"The reception was helpful, and we were able to leave our luggage in a safe place while we waited for our checkin. The look of the paint mural on the ceiling was beautiful. There was a lot of space for 4 people to stay comfortably and separate bedrooms were nice."

"Unique place in Florence, very nice place to stay"

"This property was exceptional. Brilliant layout of rooms, meant we had a super relaxing time. All elements are of the highest quality, from the bed, to the shower to the comfy sofa. The nicest place we have stayed in."

"Amazing place to stay. Clean, close to main touristic attractions in Florence."

"Great location and excellent service. Room is well maintained as well."

"Amazing stay with very modern and clean rooms, would definitely recommend and plan to stay here in the future !"

"The room is spacious in a central location. The bathroom area could be cleaner. There is a very strong smell of sewage in the hallways and stairs leading to the rooms. There is an attempt to mask it with air freshener but it is still strong and very noticeable. Luckily this smell does not continue into the room. Comfortable bed and nice amenities. Smell in the hallways needs to be addressed."

"Very nice room, with good amenities. EAsy check in."

"We really enjoyed our stay!"

"This was a fabulous place for two couples. The rooms were very spacious and comfortable and we had everything we needed. The location was great for all our exploring around Florence. Would stay here again"

"Very hospitable staff, very big apartment clean. "

"Not sure if it was just because it was September but there seemed to be a mosquito infestation. I killed at least 3 while I stayed there and still woke up being bit. Also the shower does not stay a stable temperature. If you're in there for long enough it will randomly change temp on you and you have to fiddle with it to get it right again. This will happen multiple times if you take long showers."
