We had an excellent stay at this hotel. One of the best things about the hotel is its location, which made it very convenient to explore nearby attractions. The staff was always available, friendly, and eager to help, offering great suggestions on places to visit and eat. The breakfast was very good, with a variety of options to choose from. Our room was clean, comfortable, and well laid out, making great use of the space. Overall, we truly enjoyed our experience and would definitely recommend this hotel to others.

Dall’accoglienza al nostro arrivo alla gentilezza dello staff alla stanza veramente bella e accogliente con letto molto comodo. Siamo attenti alla pulizia dei luoghi e qui siamo rimasti davvero soddisfatti. Il personale, tutti, nessuno escluso è stato davvero attento alle nostre esigenze e sempre presente. This place went above and beyond my expectations. The staff is incredible. They have coffee and breakfast in the morning and even called a car very early in the am for the airport and somoene was at the desk and provided a "to go" breakfast. It was truly something special. The staff is really great they even offered suggestions for shopping and food. The rooms are nice, especially for Florence where you can get an unsuspecting mix due to the old properties and the location is right in the middle of everything so can easily walk to the Duomo or all the historical sites. I 100% reccomend this hotel. Only thing to note is that the bath tub in my room was quite tall and someone on the shorter stature or with disabilities would have trouble getting in and out. Not sure if this was just my room or not, but definitely ask the staff in advance if concerned. Otherwise, 10/10 and will absolutely go back next time I am in florence.

Room was very well done. Very comfortable king bed. It was clean, quiet, and quaint. Walking distance from everything. All my wife and did was walk around and we enjoyed every moment. Staff and concierge were extremely helpful and accommodating - it was perhaps the best part of the hotel. They never said no. I will definitly come back here when I revisit.

I had to check in late on a sunday night, and I was a bit worried about how it would go, but the experience was fantastic from the moment I arrived. There was someone at the front desk ready to greet me, which was such a relief after a long day of travel. To top it off, they offered me complimentary champagne at check-in—a wonderful touch that made me feel welcome right away! The staff also arranged a late checkout for me, which was incredibly helpful and allowed me to enjoy my stay without feeling rushed. Overall, the service was outstanding, and the little extras really made a difference. I would highly recommend this hotel and will definitely be back! Location is perfect as well!

Glimpse Hotel is in an excellent location—walking distance to all the main sights, making it ideal for first-time visitors. The central setting does mean it can be noisy, but that’s expected in such a vibrant area. The service was outstanding—staff were friendly, helpful, and welcoming. Breakfast was excellent with great variety and quality. A few drawbacks to note: the mattress wasn’t very comfortable, the shower is inside a high bathtub which can be difficult to get in and out, and there’s no real lobby area to relax. Overall, a great base for exploring Florence.

Wonderful experience! Very nice hotel, with great staff! Ovidio was just amazing, he welcomed us, showed us everything we needed to know about Florence on the map, got us reservations for a guided tour of the Acadamia, made dinner reservations, and was so very helpful. At breakfast, Yulia was so nice and friendly. All the staff were helpful, but these two were just exceptional!! The hotel is very nice, clean, comfortable, updated, walkable to most everything in Florence, and not on an overly crowded street. We would definatley recommend and hope to return.
