"Numa vita hotel is beautifully decorated, I was welcome by a very cool looking lobby, the self check-in was seamless and safe! I happened to bump into one of the staff, he graciously showed me how to lock and unlock the door, introduced me to laundry and locker room - very helpful! The room we stayed at was clean and huge ! "It's clearly a block of flats that has been converted to a hotel. My room was a bit cramped but for a few nights, I could live with it. There is a slight smell which in high summer is likely to be prominent. If you don't expect a 5 star experience, then it's OK. My room was clean, the staff friendly enough and walking distance to all the major sights. If I was back in Florence, would I stay there again, probably not, but I've no real complaints. Just don't expect too much and you'll be fine."

"The Staff at the Hoxton were very nice, enjoyed chatting with them, and they answered all questions. They helped arrange a very early taxi pickup - 4 am. The outdoor patio area was one of my favorites. I enjoyed the outdoors while sipping a prosecco or reading on the very comfy furniture. The attached restaurant was very good - a little pricey."
