"True heaven on earth. If you want to feel like you are a king or noble Lord in the 17th century, visit Villa Campestri. We were told the place was built in 1200ad and SO many things appear as it did 500 years ago. I wish you could see my videos! The door hardware was true medieval metal and thick wooden doors. Tile floors, and ancient wardrobes and tables; books on every desk and table; BUT the luxury amenities were where needed- shower, bidet, huge sink, nice bed and tons of drawers and...
