"We had a very stressful day with dr. appt. and went to the lounge for a cocktail and the servers were so polite, congenial and lifted our spirits. Their names were Jennifer, Sonia, and Haron, and I hope that you will let the Hyatt Regency at Del Monte know this. It made our stay so much more enjoyable, despite the difficult issues of the day!"

"Great place. Good location and felt a little like a resort. The daily breakfast and evening wine were both great. My only complaint, our room needs a new mattress. It was sunken in the middle. It's great that they have a bar and restaurant on site also. Staff was super friendly. Will definitely stay again!"
