"Perfect "

"The room was spacious and check-in was easy. They charged $20 for an hour early check-in as well. Only thing was our hair dryer didn’t work, the water temperature wasn’t very hot, and we were well aware check out was at 11am and they called us twice and when I was able to answer the phone at 10:45am they asked if we were checking out. I’ve never had that happen with a hotel stay..so, that was a little odd and felt we were being rushed out."

"Was told I could check in at noon, only one room was ready. The other wasn’t ready until 5pm, when normal check in is at 4"

"Ghetto people coming in and out with no keys, waiting for visitors to open the door. Homeless around, maids come in at random hours without permission. "

"Everything was great! Clean and a good location. Shower pressure and temperature was excellent. My only complaints is that the sink is outside of the bathroom and parking was kinda a nightmare. If you leave the premises when you come back you may not have a parking spot. Luckily we got the last spot but it was a very, very tight squeeze."

"Shower was beyond filthy. It was full of toilet paper. Possibly a drain back up. Which happens but was not cleaned obviously. None of the outlets worked. Staff was nice and apologetic but offered no compensation. "

"Excellent staff, ocean front rooms great spot for couples or families! Dinner and Breakfast at Jack O’Neill restaurant ocean front views for both wonderful stay!"

"If your assigned room 220 ask for a different room. Very noisy, we couldn’t sleep. Overall the hotel is nice, but the restaurant and bar close a little early."

"The Hyatt is perfectly located! Close to food, downtown, the beach and boardwalk, Mystery Spot. My family and I were able to walk to most places or just have to take a quick drive. Having 24 hour valet was convenient for coming and going, especially as a family with littles. The heated pool and jacuzzi was an absolute hit for day and nighttime use. Breakfast every morning was a relief and one less thing to have to worry about. Room was clean and didn’t feel overcrowded with 2 adults and 2 littles. All in all, we had a great stay. Totally going to stay here again. Oh, last thing, the staff was timely, friendly, and attentive! "
