Beautiful hotel

Room was a good size and clean and tidy. Check in was easy and great to be able to park near the room. Although we only used the pool once, the hotel had great facilities and was easy walking distance to the main visitor attractions. I would definitely stay here again if I was in Monterey again.

A really friendly welcome from the reception team and a super hotel that exceeded expectations and the website photos. Huge room with excellent facilities and a very large, comfortable bed. Breakfast was generous and plentiful. Guests were a little cramped at peak times in the communal breakfast area.

We had a wonderful stay at the Spindrift as part of our honeymoon roadtrip. The room was lovely and cosy (with the fire much appreciated owing to the rainy weather). The property is located on Cannery Row, a stone’s throw from shops and restaurants. Staff were friendly and helpful and a highlight was the daily cheese and wine. We would recommend to anyone.

Really enjoyed our stay and Karin was super helpful

Highly luxurious facilities. Totally amazing. Beautifully landscaped grounds, all 10/10. We went when it was quiet so we had the jacuzzi and pool to ourselves and had a game of tennis and it was all good. However, One bad aspect, the open fire in the restaurant, although attractive, was giving out a lot of smoke and it gave us sore throats and made us cough to the point where it was very much a negative and we definitely wouldn't want to dine in the restaurant until this problem was...

Lovely accommodation close to all amenities. Cheese & wine and cookies available in the afternoon. Cold drinks available all day.

This is an absolutely perfect hotel for short visit to the area. Everything was done so well. the room, breakfast and service were all first class.

We had a lovely time at Colton Inn

Excellent property. Friendly staff. Clean. Amazing views. I’d definitely stay again

Firstly, I’m so glad I picked this hotel to stay at in Monterey. My partner and I fell in love with the property and our room. It was clean, quiet, very classy looking and the family that owns it were so welcoming. Tanner, thank you so much again for the recommendations. They were such a brilliant shout!

Having stayed here before many years ago, was very pleased to go back. Great breakfast offering, lovely room and very easy to walk into town.

Really nice clean and modern with round the clock tea and coffee access, if you can make the busses into town work for you then this is a great place to stay we found it very easy and it was all booked at a very good price with big family rooms.
