We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Shower was hard to turn on on one side and handle of toilet was falling off. But we had the jacuzzi room with fireplace and little sofa. Sometimes rooms will have one comfortable chair for two people and this room exceeded in comfort. Breakfast was minimal but adequate. Since it was winter and midweek we had the room to ourselves and that was soooooo nice! All in all we had a very enjoyable stay.
We didn't spend much time at or explore the property but the room was very nice and comfortable for a nights stay. The mall is close for shopping and restaurants. Our key didn't work initially, or so we thought. It turns out you push the door handle up not down, when you get the green light. We met someone else on their way to the front desk to inform that their key didn't work. We told them to push up on the handle instead of down. To save people the time of going back into the office they should share that info upon check in. Other than that little bit of frustration it was a comfortable stay.
