"Had a couple bugs in the room, but you get what you pay for. Staff were attentive and very nice. Close to 7-eleven, a gym (day passes are $20), and a couple restaurants. Walkable, and the room was decent. "

"The owners are very nice and helpful. The property feels a bit sterile and there’s security lights and video cameras outside all up the walkway and at the entrance. The bedding was very heavy sheets for the temperature, pillows were flat. It was an ok place to spend the night but I wouldn’t want to stay more than that. "
"The manager Dee was fantastic. This is a great historic property right on the Old Town San Diego State Park property. It is fun and a very educational location.
