"Property felt modern and clean. Staff was always helpful. Air conditioning was awesome and beds were very comfy. The noise from the street was fairly minimal. At certain hours the lobby and elevators get very crowded. The system utilizes a touch screen outside of the elevators to select the floor and direct you to the right elevator. Seems practical but when there is a large crowd or people spam the controls, it forces the elevators to stop on unnecessary floors. Overall a great experience and...

"Very nice and clean hotel away from the busy south beach area. I didn’t realize that after you pay hundreds of dollars for a hotel room, you are also charged $45 every day for a “resort fee” which only allows access to the pools, hot tub, and beach amenities. It’s $55 to enter the spa and use the sauna and steam room. I asked the concierge a few times for things to do and she was very flat and not helpful at all. Nice hotel but not worth the price esp since the resort fee is a separate fee. "
