"What a disappointing hotel. When I booked on hotels.com it looked a rather nice property and when I got there it was a 1970s building with the matching interior that's dated. The room has damaged/ worn furniture and the bathroom was very dirty. Also the hotel stairways stank of blocked toilets . The breakfast was not as described or shown.. sausages not nice and the no hash browns and not enough cereals for children. Staff don't know how to clean and if they are investing in a refit program they need to train the staff to clean properly. "

"The hotel provides a bath towel and hand towel. No washcloth. Shower was partially functional and somewhat clean. Bed has a bottom sheet and duvet, no top sheet which is pretty gross at a hotel. Otherwise everything was fine. "

"Overall a very good hotel. Lighting system in rooms very confusing. I would have liked lobby coffee in the morning and an earlier start to breakfast (currently 7 am). Breakfast buffet is good. Small hotel cafe mediocre at best."
