We had the most incredibly warm welcome and 8 day stay, due to the outstanding staff at this hotel.
Eduardo, Mercedes, Susan and Santiago always had the time and smiles for us. They helped make our stay comfortable and worth every penny.
My only disappointment was the gym, the treadmill didn't work properley and it was very basic for a hotel of this calibre.
Overall, super happy with the room, the location and all those that do an amazing job.

It was my first time in Miami, and what a gem of a hotel I found, the second you walked through the door. You could tell this place was class , we were welcomed in by the doorman , and took us to reception where we were greeted with a glass of wine, the staff were amazing when I asked if I could have some towels for the beach , they said if we go to the beach, look for the blue and white beach umbrellas, you’ll be giving 2 sunbeds and towels, having spent the afternoon on the beach we went out...

We really enjoyed our stay at this Miami hotel! It’s a lovely place with nice, comfortable rooms and a delicious breakfast.
