"Really high standard, staff were professional and helpful, the room has an excellent modern design, good WiFi, and all the usual bits and bobs in the room that you would expect from a hotel like a safe, toiletries, a good shower (which I've learned you can't take for granted), mini fridge, bottles of water, kettle and cups. It's located an easy 5 minute walk from masjid nabawi's gate 310 and masjid quba is walkable too (though there are careem bikes available that help a lot)"

"An outdated hotel that used to be Movenpick but run down and falling apart. Staff are lovely and trying everything to keep it going until much required renovation is due on the whole place. However, this does not help when you just want a clean room to relax and you have to change room twice due to uncleanliness. One of the rooms smelt damp and next morning, I woke up with a cough. I looked behind bed and there was damp and mild growing on the carpet. Breakfast was lovely and staff are trying...
