Location was excellent and free car/taxi service from hotel if car and driver were around. Cost was high.

The epitome of the perfect hotel. Nothing we have stay with comes close to the perfection of this hotel.

The Connaught was a lovely experience, of a true London traditional hotel. Couldn't fault our stay. Facilities great incl pool spa area. Location perfect for new bond st /mayfair area

Perfect stay!!

We were put in the smallest and most claustrophobic room I have ever stayed in which was very disappointing. It had dark wood panelling and slopped walls and was overall very dark and dreary. The bathroom was nice but small. The over the top high techness was so annoying we were using our iPhone's light to go to the toilet in the middle of the night as we couldn't get the lights to work and the TV on an electric swivel constantly moved to face away from our bed. As expected, excellent service and top class surroundings. Given an upgrade to the perfect room and everything was just perfect.

Great location and superb size for the price in Mayfair

Incredible hotel with incredible service

The Ritz was fabulous. Of course it's pompous, but the staff really seem to care - more than anywhere else we have ever stayed in Central London. That includes Claridges and The Savoy. And whilst every hotel in Central London thinks their location is great, really the Ritz, right next to Green Park Tube and on the end of Piccadilly could not be more convenient. It still seemed expensive booking through Expedia, and the rate didn't include breakfast (which embarrasingly I hadn't realised)....

This is the 2nd time I stay at metropolitan by COMO. Very clean rooms , modern & chic. Everything in the room is controlled either from the phone or pressing a button which is so much fun and convenient. I'm also obsessed with the mini bar as it has variety of food and beverage not like other hotels. All staff from reception , concierge , room service etc are helpful and kind. I definitely recommend this hotel. of course I don't need to mention the great location for shopping and sightseeing.

Everything one would expect, only there for two nights but would not stay anywhere else.

Despite being part of a chain, it felt like an independent boutique hotel

Helpful staff from arrival too checking out. Very comfortable and spacious standard double room. Perfect location.

The reception staff was amazing and friendly. Hotel was stylish and clean. The bar was nice and cosy. The room was on the small side and only with a double bed but perfectly adequate. The shower could have been better as you have to be quite short to fit under the shower. Also, plastic bottles of water in the room is not very eco friendly. Overall though, a very nice and enjoyable stay.
