"The Langham is simply unparalleled! The staff, the amenities, the location, food and level of service are at such a high level, I find it unmatched anywhere else. Simply cannot wait to come back I actually came to Chicago to see a concert, I had bought the tickets and the air travel and knew I was going to stay at the Langham but FORGOT to reserve the room! The staff worked with me for 1/2 an hour to shoehorn me into the almost capacity hotel for 2 nights! Amazong"

The staff knew it was my son’s 18th birthday and also that we were in town for a college visit, and they surprised us with the sweetest note with cupcakes and balloons in our room. Above and beyond! Walkable to Millenium Park and centrally located downtown. Would absolutely stay again! "

"We enjoyed a spacious suite in this lovely historic hotel. The staff members were very friendly and accommodating. It's a great location, not far from the lake. It is located next to the el; however, our room was quiet. Parking is rather spendy. "

"This is an excellent hotel. The rooms are great, mine had two queens (party of three). As in inside facing room it was super quiet, which was very important. Everything is plush. Staff is great. FWIW, and this didn’t matter to me, as it’s in the financial district, there isn’t the same nightlife and dining choices, as it’s more of a work destination area. The Willis (FKA Sears Tower) is two blocks away. It’s only a 25 minute bus ride to 900 North. Millennium Park is a short walk directly east....
