"Perfect stay, beautiful gardens, very clean hotel, the staff work meticulously to keep it all looking at its best. The food was delicious throughout all restaurants, and excellent service from the staff in those restaurants, in particular Renolta in the lobster village bar, she remembers our drinks each time & gives excellent service. "Hotel pics are deceiving. Sheets had stains all over and not cleaned when I asked. Receptionist couldn’t find our key and blamed it on us. Sq footage showed 344 sq ft when room is actually 144 sq ft. Spoke to general Mgr and initially she said she would refund but when hotels.com rep called she refused. Overall my worst hotel experience ever"
