"Room was very nice and clean, staff were very friendly and helpful, i used the gym equipment and it was good for a quick workout, parking was easy."

"Terrible staff. THe manager of this hotel doesn't understand costumer service. Every morning he locks the (terrrible by the way) breakfast items away a few minutes before 9:30. When I showed him that it wasn't yet 9:30 he said it's 9:30 hotel time. When I asked where I could see it he said on the computer in the lobby. Also at 9am staff walked into my room without knocking. Then at 9:45am the manager came in as well (he did knock but I had to run to the door). He told me he needed to know when I check out becuase he doesn't have time to wait until 11am because that won't leave him enough time to clean all the rooms. What the heck??? Check out time is at 11:00!!! "

"The room seemed clean at first. But upon walking on the floor with my socks on , the floor was dirty and sticky. When I entered my room I noticed a footprint in the bedspread. It appeared like someone had been standing in the bed. Parking was fine . "

"The casino was nice. Winnings were good. The room was a bit small. The bed was too firm and the bathroom was mediocre. But all in all, was a good stay."

"My experience here was horrible. I was traveling with my two kids and booked a non smoking room double bed room. However I received a room that had a strong smell of smoke it even made our lungs hurt and bed stains all over it was disgusting . We were there for a soccer tournament and there’s no way I was going to let my kids stay there. So I requested another room, the girl at the front desk initially said there weren’t any available and then she switched it to, there’s only a king size available to which I agreed. However upon trying to make the switch the girl informed me that the king size room was no longer available as it had been pre booked. At which point I was left without a room with two kids in the middle of the night. "
