The atmosphere in the Library bar was great, little expensive but shocking to hear that it will be closing just like the outside terraces on lobby and 15th floor

Of six elevators only one or two were operating at any time. I wish they would use the outrageous resort fees charged to get more elevators in service. 10 minutes wait wS average. Was a nightmare going down if you’re on a lower floor

Do Not stay here!!! The lobby and main floor are beautiful but that’s about it. Room was super small, bathroom even smaller. Sink was clogged and had a horrible odor. No room for luggage or to even walk around the bed. As if all that wasn’t bad enough, the radiator made a clunky noise all night! We got absolutely no sleep. The hotel also has very little security! Anyone can walk in get on the elevator and come up to your room. Beyond disappointing. Wouldn’t stay here again even if it was free!

Water was leaking over my bed on the first night, tried to call front desk but phone was dead.
Randolph the manager was great though and helped me out.
I’ve stayed at Hudson many times in the past 10 years and though I love the location and fond memories, I won’t be returning.

We had a delightful experience at the Hudson. The staff were warm and welcoming. And they were very accommodating of our baby girl. My only two complaints were things about the building and not really in the staff’s control: (1) there was no bathroom or drinking fountain in the gym, and (2) the elevators were exceptionally slow.

Worst hotel ever. Not clean. Staff was rude & does NOT care. The elevators broke except for one. It took us 40 minutes to get out. We finally gave up and carried 12 bags down the stairs. I will never stay there again and will tell others not to. Nicer places are nearby at the same price. Go there!

The ac unit broke in the first room the first night then they moved us and the ac broke in the second room and they moved us a third time our last night. please refund our monies for room stay

Location good, but hotel decoration is old and needs updating.
Bedrooms in need of repair which is a Shame
as it could be a very good hotel .
Staff very helpful which was nice 👍

Great location, great price, very quiet. Hallways were a little worn but room amd bathroom good. I would have liked a breakfast room instead of a bar.
